IFEMA Madrid, Spain
SpainSkills is the national Vocational Training competition in Spain in which students and recent graduates of Vocational Training from all autonomous communities and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla participate.
At SpainSkills 2026, participants will compete in 31 different skill competitions and three demonstration skills, showcasing their technical and practical skills.
The highest scoring Competitors at SpainSkills 2026 will be selected to represent Spain on the international stage at WorldSkills Shanghai 2026 and EuroSkills Düsseldorf 2027.
SpainSkills is organised by the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports of the Government of Spain (General Secretariat of Vocational Training), with the collaboration of various public and private entities.

On March 19 and 20, 2026, the Brabanthallen in Den Bosch will transform into an arena full of craftsmanship, featuring spectacular skills competitions and exciting hands-on activities where visitors can try out different professions.
Across a venue the size of more than seven football fields (so get those comfy sneakers ready!), over 600 pre-vocational and vocational students will compete for the title of Dutch Champion in their field.

Brno Exhibition Centre
From March 26 to 28, 2026, the national championship of vocational skills will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre. CzechSkills shows the very best of technical, skilled trades, and service professions in the Czech Republic. This year’s edition will present 13 competition skills and 24 demonstration skills.
Hundreds of students and young professionals from vocational and technical schools will compete in one place for the title of Czech Champion in their respective fields. The event will also include “Try a Skill” activities for the public.

GoSkills.dk is the joint initiative of the 10 vocational schools in North Jutland, created to inspire, inform, and engage students, parents, and teachers in connection with DM and Skills – the Danish Championships in Skills, a large nationwide competition where vocational students from across Denmark showcase their professional skills.

Zagreb Fair, Zagreb, Croatia
From 5th to 7th May 2026 Zagreb will host seventh National Competition of Vocational School Students – WorldSkills Croatia 2026. It will take place at the Zagreb Fair, and host more than 350 competitors who will compete in 44 skills. The event will include interactive workshops, lectures, skill demonstrations, live competitions, and presentations of new technologies and industry trends.
WorldSkills Croatia 2026 will continue a good tradition of hosting international competitors and experts, since this has proven to be an excellent practice important in preparation process for WorldSkills and EuroSkills competitions, but also for exchanging knowledge and good practices. More than 10.000 visitors are expected to visit the competition, especially students of final grades of elementary schools. Event will be media covered.
WorldSkills Croatia 2026 has a key importance in a long-term work of Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education in promotion of vocational skills, innovation and excellence. Strengthening international cooperation in WorldSkills and EuroSkills communities through participation of international participants in WorldSkills Croatia competition is also important role of this event.

Tuusula, Finland
Around 50 skills, over 400 competitors and tens of thousands of visitors together create Taitaja, the biggest educational event in Finland. In 2026, the event is organised by Keuda, Vocational Education and Training Institute, together with Skills Finland and their partners. Taitaja aims to promote vocational education, improve connections between vocational schools and companies, and increase the awareness of vocational education and professional skills. The event is free of charge and open for public.

Helsinki, Finland
The WorldSkills Europe General Assembly 2026 will be hosted by Skills Finland in Helsinki, a city known for its modern architecture, vibrant cultural scene, and easy connectivity across Europe.
The proposed programme for General Assembly will focus on creating opportunities for dialogue and exchange on competition-based learning and other innovative approaches to TVET among all 34 WorldSkills Europe Member countries.
As the highest authority of WorldSkills Europe, the General Assembly will include meetings of the WorldSkills Europe Strategy Committee, Competitions Committee, and Sponsors and Partners.
Participants of the General Assembly 2026 will also have the opportunity to see Helsinki’s historic sites, the Design District, and nearby attractions such as Suomenlinna Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) Shanghai, China
The 48th WorldSkills Competition will be held in Shanghai, China, from 22 to 27 September 2026 in the world’s largest event centre, National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) Shanghai. The event will feature 1,400 Competitors from 70 countries and regions, 64 skill competitions, WorldSkills Expo, and WorldSkills Conference 2026.

Messe Düsseldorf
The 10th EuroSkills Competition will be co-hosted by Germany and Luxembourg in the city of Düsseldorf in 2027. EuroSkills Düsseldorf 2027 is scheduled for 22-26 September 2027 at Messe Düsseldorf.
